Commissions!

As of late, I've been thinking about my future as a concept artist and realizing that I am going to need some actual training. I can't continue to grow on my own like I have these past few years. People have told me I could go out and get a job with the stuff I have done so far, but that is a really unknown scary place. I have no idea how to handle it on my own, nor do I feel like I could really handle that kind of pressure without preparing for it first. So, instead of shelling out hoards of money I don't have to go to art school, I've decided that trying to find a mentor that would be willing to give me critiques and help me go in the right direction will be enough to get me to where I need to be.

The thing is, I spend most of my time right now worrying about my business on Etsy. That is what has been paying my bills as of late. If I let up on it at all I won't make enough money to pay rent. I'm opening commissions for next month, with a few slots depending on the workload. If you're interested in getting a commission, please talk to me! These commissions will be under a pay-what-you-want-but-I-will-decline-you-if-you're-a-cheap-assbutt basis. I have a thing about underpaid work, so please consider the fact that you will need to at least pay me minimum wage for my time (which is $9.10/hr in my state). 

I should also mention that I sell prints of my work on Redbubble. This includes a few tote bags, t-shirts, pillows, phone covers, lots of fun things. So if you don't think you could afford to commission me, you could always buy something from my store!
